
Constantly I have been looking back at how I was able to actively participate in my body’s nervous regeneration and mental purification. The practice is a form of rhythmic internal practice.
On and off, when under physical discomfort, or when my consciousness seemed to be drifting away, this practice has served me well to recover and rebound with greater energy.
Over time, I found the technique to be useful because of the different ways it interacts with the mind and body, utilizing 10-dimensional practice that elevates consciousness and brings energy to the center of being.
This time, I found out the key ingredient to be a form of rhythm. The practice requires rhythm, and enforces a rhythm within to rebalance the disorientation from multiple stimuli, to realign the “natural” perception of time that is harmonious with the physical state of the body(in terms of energy circulation and chemistry), and to ultimately drive toward a state of synchronicity for all dimensions of the practice, thereby unifying all forms of humanly senses within each quantum of perception at the peak operating efficiency of the body.
It is thus my intention to share this realization and technique to others for their benefit at an appropriate time.
